One of our favorite vegan curries, simply defrost, re-heat and serve with rice and fresh coriander.
Best consumed within 3 days. Can be frozen up to 3 months
Heating & serving instructions:
Once defrosted, pour into a saucepan and heat on the stove top till hot through (add a dash of water), stir occasionally.
Serve with steamed rice & fresh coriander.
