Sweet potato & lentil dhal

Once defrosted use within 3 days. If kept frozen use within 3 months

Heating & serving instructions:
Once defrosted, heat on the stove top till hot through (add a dash of water if you need) stir occasionally until warm through.

Enjoy on its own or served on rice.
