Minestrone Soup

A classic tomato based Mediterranean soup with cannellini beans, silver beet & root veggies. Match with crunchy sourdough.

COMES FROZEN

Once defrosted use within 3 days. If kept frozen use within 3months

Heating & serving instructions:
Once defrosted, heat on stove top till simmering (maybe add a dash of water), stir occasionally.
Serve with a crusty cob loaf & butter

Ingredients: Tomato, cannellini beans, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, silver beet, parsley, thyme, potato, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper.
