Moussaka w/ lamb & eggplant

GO! lamb, eggplant & potato moussaka topped with our creamy béchamel.  Great family meal.  Match with one of our salads and a Noisette baguette.

Once defrosted use within 5 days. If kept frozen use within 3 months

Heating & serving instructions:
Remove lid, cover with foil (optional), warm in a pre-heated oven @160degree for 20-40mins (depending on size) remove foil for the last 5 mins and let the top of the Moussaka go golden.

Enjoy with a GO! salad and Noisette baguette.

Ingredients: Lamb, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, flour, red wine, herbs & spices. Bechamel: Milk, butter, plain flour, cheese, herbs & spices.
