Once defrosted use within 3 days. If kept frozen use within 3months

Heating & serving instructions:
Once defrosted, remove lid then cover with foil & warm in a pre-heated oven @160 degrees for 20-30mins, or until warm through. Remove foil for the last 5 mins and let the top go golden. Top with sour cream and guacamole to serve.

Ingredients: corn, onion, garlic, jalapenos, cumin, oregano, paprika, tomato, capsicum, chicken, blackened black beans, lime, cheddar, mozzarella, olive oil, salt, pepper.
