Once defrosted use within 3 days. If kept frozen use within 3 months

Heating & serving instructions:
Once defrosted, pour into a saucepan then heat on the stove top till hot through (add a dash of water), stir occasionally.
Serve with steamed rice or quinoa or flatbread.

Ingredients: vegetable oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, carrot, green peas, broccoli, zucchini, potato, tomato, coriander.
