Whole roast pork 2kg w/ crackle, veg & potatoes
Wrap pork in foil to keep moist, then put the whole foil tray in preheated oven for 20-30mins, until everything is warmed through. Carve pork and serve with warmed veggies. Delicious with a crunchy radish & leafy salad on the side with a seedy mustard dressing.
