Whole side of Australian Ocean Trout.  We’ve cooked it confit style, so simply place on a platter, dress with yoghurt & top with dressed  salad.  The ideal centrepiece for a dinner party for you and up to 10guests.  Serve simply with your favourite leafy salad or green beans.
