Step-by-Step Ordering Guide for NDIS Participants
Step 1: Email Us Your Details
To begin, all you need to do is email us:
- Your personal information
- Your Plan Manager’s contact details
We’ll help you get started with the NDIS meal approval process and prepare a tailored quote for your meals.
Step 2: Approval from Your Plan Manager
Once we receive your information, we create a quote and send it to your Plan Manager. After it’s approved, you’re good to go! You’ll only need to pay 30% upfront for your meals—the remaining 70% and delivery costs are covered under your NDIS plan, and we’ll invoice the Plan Manager directly.
Step 3: Place Your Order Easily
Ordering your meals is easy and flexible. You can place your orders in any of the following ways:
- Via our weekly menu email
- Clicking on the ordering link (we’ll send this to you)
- Calling us directly if you prefer personal support

Step 4: Enjoy Convenient Delivery or Pick-Up
- Place your order by 2:30 PM for next-day delivery
- Delivery available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
