Sri Lankan lamb & potato curry (1L serves 2-3) (GF, dairy free & nut free)



Once defrosted use within 5 days. If kept frozen use within 3months

Heating & serving instructions:

Once defrosted, pour into a saucepan and heat on the stove top till hot through (add a dash of water), stir occasionally.

Serve with steamed rice & raita.

Ingredients: Lamb, potato, capsicum, coconut milk, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, tomato, stock  turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fish sauce & brown sugar.
